The 2019-20 NBA trading card season is shaping up to be one of the most exciting in years. The NBA’s popularity continues to grow both in North America and the rest of the world, and the hype surrounding this years draft class is already translating to anticipation for the upcoming wave of card releases.
The Draft Class
Zion Williamson is the headliner of this class. His early cards are already commanding high prices and are driving up prices of sealed wax. However, there were 59 other picks in the draft, and rookies like Ja Morant, RJ Barrett, and Coby White are generating some excitement among their fan bases. Some of these other rookies may initially go a bit overlooked by collectors.
Product Lineup
Panini holds the exclusive NBA license and is planning another full lineup of card releases which will be available over the course of the 2019-20 season.
